Hot and Sour Soup - Easy To Make Healthy Homemade Chinese Soup - Appetizer Recipe By Ruchi Bharani

Indulge in spicy yet tangy appetizing chinese soup. Chef Ruchi Bharani makes simple and easy to cook quick healthy homemade hot and sour soup. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1 tbsp oil <br />1.5 tbsp chopped ginger <br />1.5 tbsp chopped garlic <br />1/4 green capsicum <br />1/4 yellow capsicum <br />3 cups vegetable stock <br />1 cup mushrooms ( finely sliced ) <br />1 green chilli ( finely chopped ) <br />1/4th cup green sprouts <br />1/4th cup cabbage (shredded) <br />1 carrot (straws) <br />1.5 tbsp soya sauce <br />1.5 tbsp vinegar <br />1 tbsp red chilli sauce <br />salt and pepper to taste <br />few spinach leaves <br />1.5 tbsp cornflour <br />Water <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Heat oil in a pot and add ginger and garlic to it <br />- Saute it for for few seconds. <br />- Add green and yellow bell peppers and stir fry for 30 sec <br />- Add vegetable stock and let it start boiling <br />- Add mushrooms, green chilli, green sprouts, shredded cabbage, carrot straws, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, salt, pepper and let boil for around 2 mins <br />- Roughly tear some spinach leaves and add it to the boiling soup <br />- Mix stock and cornflour in a bowl and add it to the soup <br />- Boil the soup for another 2 -- 3 mins and the soup is ready to be served hot. <br /> <br />Director: Neha Sarkar <br />Camera: Vaibhav Dhandha, Paresh Rawat <br />Editing: Ravi Varma <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
