The Vatican says it's accepted the resignation of a German bishop, accused of spending $43m dollars of church money on his own residence. Bishop Franz-Peter Tebartz-van Elst had earned himself the nickname ‘The Bishop of Bling'. Al Jazeera's Rory Challands reports.
