US President Barack Obama has used a key speech in Brussels to hit back at Russian President Vladimir Putin for invading Ukraine.<br /><br />Obama said NATO needed to boost its presence in eastern European countries, urging the alliance to make good on its commitment to collective security in Europe.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Simon McGregor-Wood reports from Brussels.
