Changes in China's controversial one-child policy are being introduced across the country. Couples will be allowed to have two children, if one of the parents is an only child. <br /><br />The move could result in up to two million extra births per year in the first few years.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rob McBride reports from Beijing.
