Oil tanker was hijacked by Libyan gunmen, captain says

Lunch of rice and meat in a Libyan jail.<br/> <br />That's where the captain and crew of an oil tanker seized by a group of armed fighters just off a rebel-held port on Libya's coast, are now spending their days.<br/> <br />They say they were forced to load oil onto the tanker, called the Morning Glory, which escaped the Libyan navy.<br/> <br />The captain maintains they acted at gunpoint.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) MORNING GLORY CAPTAIN MIRZA NOMAN BAIG SAYING:<br/> <br />"It was not the fault of the ship crew, because when the ship crew - they were under the hostage conditions. They have no other option but to just follow instructions."<br/> <br />The tanker was then stopped by the U.S. navy off Cyprus, and returned to Tripoli.<br/> <br />Authorities plan to send the ship's crew home after they've fully investigated the matter.
