A two year old boy is slowly recovering in a hospital in Afghanistan.<br/> <br />He's just come out of a coma.<br/> <br />Last week his mother, his father and two sisters were all killed in an attack on a Kabul guesthouse.<br/> <br />He's on the mend.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) ABUZAR'S SURGICAL DOCTOR, MOHAMMAD AZIM; SAYING:<br/> <br />"Day by day we are very happy and we are happy from our treatment and also management of this child."<br/> <br />His aunt says he is the only member of his immediate family left.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Dari) HUSNA JAN, ABUZAR'S AUNT; SAYING:<br/> <br />"Day by day His condition improves. I'm thankful that he is fine and alive. He recognizes everyone and even laughs.
