Police have made five arrests for labour exploitation crimes after finding people working in unhealthy and unhygienic conditions at a vegetable processing plant in south east Italy. <br /><br />Some 54 undocumented Bulgarians and Romanians were found to have been working at the plant in the city of Foggia more than 12 hours a day for less than 15 euros.
