ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />Thousands government opponents gathered in downtown Port-au-Prince on Saturday (March 29) to protest against Haiti's President Michel Martelly.<br/> <br />Demonstrators carried signs and shouted as they marched through the streets, calling for Martelly to resign.<br/> <br />Opponents' complaints were wide ranging, saying that Martelly has not done enough to alleviate hunger and stem a cholera epidemic since he took office in 2011. Others called for legislative elections that they say are more than two years overdue.<br/> <br />Dr. Frantz Large, a leading member of the Fanmi Lavalas party, said that Haitians are struggling against more than just its own government.
