A Chinese ship attempts to block a Philippine civilian vessel in the South China Sea.<br/> <br />It was carrying supplies and troops to an outpost.<br/> <br />This is the second incident this month in the two countries' territorial dispute, that is in no way new.<br/> <br />Men aboard the Chinese ship had signaled for the civilian vessel to turn back. But it didn't.<br/> <br />This is the Sierra Madre ship they were trying to reach.
