The body of an Indiana woman, Shannon Kleeman, was found lying 'mutilated' in the basement of her Indianapolis home on late last week.<br /><br />The 21-year-old's lifeless body was found in her home on the 600 block of North Linwood Avenue, Indianapolis. Kleeman reportedly lived with her mother and her sister.<br /><br />The body was discovered when her neighbour, Treva Bryant, and her husband heard some loud banging noises, which she later believed were gunshots, on Friday morning at around 10 a.m.. <br /><br />Soon after, Bryant heard screaming and went outside to see what was happening. She found Kleeman's sister screaming outside the home, who asked her to go inside the house's basement. <br /><br />When she did, Bryant came across a harrowing scene. She found Shannon Kleeman's bullet-riddled body lying 'mutilated' in the basement.<br /><br />Officials say they are investigating her death as a homicide.
