More than three years after Japan's nuclear disaster at Fukushima, a homecoming long overdue.<br/> <br />Residents of Tamura city near the wrecked nuclear plant were finally allowed to return home on Tuesday.<br/> <br />The area had been off limits for most of the district's 360 registered residents since March of 2011.<br/> <br />That's when the government ordered evacuations after a devastating earthquake and tsunami triggered a triple meltdown at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant.<br/> <br />Tamura city, nestled among rice paddies and rolling hills, became a ghost town.<br/> <br />Now, police patrol its neighborhoods but homesick evacuees have mixed feelings about coming back.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE)(Japanese) UNIDENTIFIED RESIDENT OF TAMURA SAYING:<br/> <br />"Yes, I am a bit worried.
