A paparazzo is seeking an arrest warrant for actor Sam Worthington's girlfriend, Lara Bingle, as a result of a scuffle that happened back in February.<br /> <br />The attorney representing the photographer, held a news conference outside a Manhattan courthouse on Tuesday (April 01), asking that felony assault and an attempted robbery charges be filed.<br /> <br />Worthington, best known for his starring role in 2009 film "Avatar," was arrested and charged with assaulting the photographer, who was also arrested.<br /> <br />Stars Chris Evans and Sebastian Stan from Marvel's "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday.<br /> <br />The superhero sequel opened at No. 1 in 30 of 32 markets in which it debuted.
