Seven dead after suspected WWII bomb explodes in Bangkok

Firefighters in Bangkok are putting out the flames at a warehouse where officials say workers tried cutting open a suspected World War II bomb with a blow torch.<br/> <br />The attempt by the scrap metal workers caused an explosion, killing at least seven and injuring 19.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Thai) PRESIDENT OF WAT SAI COMMUNITY, NUTTANAN PANTHONG, SAYING:<br/> <br />"The construction workers were urging the warehouse to cut the bomb into pieces which caused the explosion.
