At least 40 killed in Brak al-Chati army depot explosion

Originally published on November 29, 2013 <br /><br />At least 40 people were killed in an army depot explosion in Brak al-Chati near Sabha in southern Libya on Thursday.<br /><br />A group of 43 locals and Africans immigrants were storming the army depot to steal tank ammunition when the explosion of unknown origin took place. <br /><br />More than 40 people were killed, Khalifa Al Sughair, commander of a border security guard brigade in Brak al-Chati, said according to a Reuters report.
