The number of people who have fled the conflict in Syria has reached what the UN is describing as a "devastating milestone".<br /> <br />It says the number of refugees who have fled into Lebanon has now officially topped 1 million. <br /> <br />And that is just Lebanon. It does not include the million and a half more who have fled into other countries.<br /> <br />Al Jazeera's Rula Amin reports from a refugee camp in Tripoli.
