The EU has agreed to put the armed wing of the Lebanese group Hezbollah on its terrorism blacklist - at a meeting of Foreign Ministers in Brussels. London insisted on sanctions - after blaming the group for last year's attack on a bus carrying Israelis in Bulgaria. European leaders are also concerned by Hezbollah's role in the Syrian conflict - where it's fighting alongside government troops, against rebels.
