He doesn't even know how to pick up his milk bottle properly. How can he stone the police?"<br/> <br />Police charged the baby boy over the alleged incident that happened during a raid to disconnect gas supplies from homes where the bills had allegedly not been paid.<br/> <br />An official complained that he had been attacked by the whole family and suffered a head injury.<br/> <br />It's not yet clear what Musa's plea will be to the charge...n
