At least 13 people have been killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan.<br /><br />Two SUVs were diverted from a main road due to a Taliban attack in the south, when the hidden explosives went off. The Islamist group denies responsibility.<br /><br />It comes just two days after the elections which passed off peacefully despite threats from the Taliban.
