<p>The French prime minister says he’ll give details of his plan to reduce the country’s budget deficit ‘in the coming days’. Manuel Valls was speaking after he unveiled €11 billion of fresh tax cuts during his maiden speech to parliament, on top of the €30 billion already announced.
