A 35-year-old Japanese man was arrested for public sexual indecency after he walked naked down a Yokohama street early on Christmas Day. The suspect, Akio Sugihara, is a part-time teacher at a public junior high school. According to police, Sugihara lurked in an alley and slumped onto the ground in a parking lot. He allegedly wandered around the street in Yokohama's Izumi Ward with only a backpack on his back and a pair of sneakers, with his clothes in his backpack. <br /><br />Sugihara reportedly admitted to all charges during questioning, saying that he had drank too much at year-end party and had taken off his clothes to sober him up.
