The Mito District Public Prosecutors Office arrested a 34-year-old guidance counselor this past Thursday for violating the Child Welfare Law.<br /><br />The suspect, Yasumasa Minato, is the guidance counselor of Ibaraki Nohgei Agricultural School, a reform school in Ushiku, Ibaraki Prefecture. He is accused of getting his rocks off with an underage boy from the school.<br /><br />What's more, he is also allegedly dating with another boy who already left the school, which while not illegal, is against the school's policy.
