A high-profile Irish republican has been charged with murdering 29 people in the Omagh bombing.<br /><br />Seamus Daly from Culloville, County Monaghan was arrested by detectives in Newry on Monday and is expected to appear in court in Dungannon later on Friday.<br /><br />The 1998 attack was the bloodiest in decades of violence in Northern Ireland.<br /><br />Daly also faces two charges in relation to a car bombing in Lisburn in the same year.
