The Crimean State Council has voted to endorse a Constitution of the Russian Republic of Crimea. <br /><br />That means the council officially considers Crimea a democratic state within the Russian Federation.<br /><br />Eighty-seven MPs voted for the endorsement in an extraordinary session of the state council on Friday. <br /><br />The vote is the latest moved to being Crimea in line with the Russian Federation’s constitution, economy and social system.<br /><br />The full integration process is expected to be completed by December. <br /><br />The main provisions of the constitution are similar to articles of the Russian Constitution.<br /><br />At the end of the session, MPs stood for the Russian national anthem.
