How could you allow those authorities, the junta?"<br/> <br />Meanwhile, pro-Russian protesters remain camped out in the Donetsk administration building.<br/> <br />They've been occupying the building for a week now, demanding a referendum to bring them closer to Russia.<br/> <br />A similar scene in Luhansk, another eastern city with pro-Russian protesters occupying a government building.<br/> <br />While authorities in Kiev have pledged more autonomy for regional governments -- protesters have not budged.
