<p>Armed men restricted access to and from Sloviansk, in east Ukraine, on April 12, setting up a checkpoint 25 miles outside the city along the E40 highway. The check point was set-up hours after armed and masked men, believed to be pro-Russian militia, seized control of the city’s <a class="link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://storyful.com/pro#tab=1&story_id=75075">police headquarters</a> early on the morning of April 12.</p><p>Graham Philips, the uploader of the video, said: “Some 25 miles outside Sloviansk, on the E40 road, a pro-Russia checkpoint is set up. There’s a coach, a military vehicle – filming strictly prohibited so I hide and take it covertly from a nearby cemetery. Ukrainian police are there supervising.
