Russia is looking to take everything it can get its hands on, and apparently that now includes the moon. The head of Russia's aerospace program announced plans to establish a permanent base on the moon, which means they'd own it, as the only human occupants. Patrick Jones (@Patrick_E_Jones) is concerned the same country that wasn't good at building things in Sochi, is looking to build on the moon.
