The prosecution in the murder trial of Oscar Pistorius ended its cross-examination of the track star on Thursday.<br/> <br />The double amputee sports icon is charged with murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentines' Day last year in his Pretoria home.<br/> <br />It was the fifth day of sometimes tense questioning from Prosecutor Gerrie Nell;<br/> <br />called the "Pitbull" for his tough reputation and courtroom style.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) PROSECUTOR, GERRIE NEL, SAYING:<br/> <br />"She's locked into the bathroom and you armed yourself with the sole purpose of shooting and killing her."<br/> <br />Pistorius insists the shooting was accidental and that he thought Steenkamp was an intruder.<br/> <br />But the prosecution says the couple had an argument just before and that the killing was intentional.<br/> <br />Tuesday's testimony included a forensics expert, who said blood evidence on Pistorius' sock shows he kicked the locked bathroom door with his prosthetic legs before the shooting.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE
