Kodama, a 27-year-old unemployed man from the western Japanese city of Kobe was arrested last month for breaking into his neighbor's apartment and stealing the 65-year-old's underwear. <br /><br />The suspect allegedly broke into his neighbor's apartment a second time and returned the stolen item, according to a report by the Sankei Shimbun. <br /><br />The suspect is also believed to have broken into a 45-year-old man's apartment this past July.
