ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION<br/> <br />The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge continued their tour of Australia on Friday (April 18) with a visit to the Bear Cottage children's' hospice and a beach in the Sydney suburb of Manly.<br/> <br />Bear Cottage treats children with what they call life-limiting conditions and Prince William met bereaved families while Catherine, who is also known as Kate, met patients and their parents in the playroom.<br/> <br />Kate, who is involved in children's hospices in the UK, joined a music therapy session in the garden and congratulated the hospice for work she described as 'life changing,' and also thanked them for the invitation to see their work.<br/> <br />"If I may I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who's welcomed me and George so incredibly warmly on our first visit. To be here as a family has been very special and we'll always remember it as such a happy memory. Thank you for inviting us here and for such a generous welcome," the Duchess said
