Four years after a massive oil spill devastated the coast of the US state of Louisiana, residents and businesses in the area still feel its effects. BP, the company found responsible for the disaster, paid billions in damages to those affected but despite the payout some businesses have not returned to the level they were before the spill. Business oweners are divided on whethere the company has done enough to repair the damage. Al Jazeera's Robert Ray reports.
