The captain of the South Korean ferry which capsized is led away by police on Saturday.<br/> <br />Lee Joon-seok faces five charges including negligence of duty in failing to help passengers.<br/> <br />Arrest warrants have also been issued for two other crew members.<br/> <br />The 69-year-old spoke briefly to reporters.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE)(Korean) LEE JOON-SEOK, CAPTAIN OF CAPSIZED FERRY, SAYING:<br/> <br />(He says he) "ordered the passengers to leave the ferry but later told them to stay because there was no rescue ship."<br/> <br />Video footage on the day the ferry capsized shows Lee arriving at port with the first group of survivors.<br/> <br />The ferry was carrying 476 passengers and crew.<br/> <br />So far at least 29 have been confirmed dead.<br/> <br />More than 270 others are still missing and hopes are fast fading of finding any of those alive.<br/> <br />The ferry, carrying mostly school students, capsized on the way from the port of Incheon to the holiday island of Jeju.
