The incident occurred amid a tentative Easter truce. <a class="link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.rferl.org/content/ukraine-russia-slavyansk-shootings-accusations/25356138.html" target="_blank">Russia and Ukraine traded accusations</a> regarding who was behind the attack.</p><p>This footage, taken in Slovyansk on April 21, shows pro-Russia activists driving a tank through the city with a Russian flag flying from the vehicle.
