If they have a quarrel with the politicians and the government, they can go to the Green Zone."<br/> <br />Sectarian bloodshed is mounting in Iraq since the Shi'ite-led government began an offensive against Sunni insurgents in the western province of Anbar.<br/> <br />In 2013, violence spiked with nearly 8,000 civilians were killed.<br/> <br />The latest attacks come as Iraqis prepare to hold parliamentary elections April 30th with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki seeking a third term.
