A court has ruled that jailed whistleblower, former soldier Bradley Manning can alter the name Bradley to Chelsea Elizabeth and have a new birth certificate to reflect the change.<br /><br />Manning who is serving 35 years in prison for turning over classified files to WikiLeaks identifies as a woman while remaining officially male.<br /><br />Military parole rules could allow Manning to be out of prison in seven years according to legal council. <br /><br />Manning is being detained in an all male facility in Kansas.
