Migrant Kashmiri Pandit find ‘rays of hope’ in new government

Staying miles away from their homes for past few decades, over 8000 migrant Kashmiri Pandits have cast their vote at special polling stations outside Kashmir for the Anantnag Lok Sabha constituency.
