The risk approval process is enabled using risk visibility and user roles. When a user identifies a risk and assigns it to a project, it can be shared with other projects using risk visibility. Risk visibility defines in which sections of the portfolio the risk is available. If a risk is available and can affect a project, the project manager can then assign it to the project with probability and impact as part of the risk assessment process.
