Three doctors have been shot dead by a security guard at a hospital in the Afghan capital, Kabul.<br /><br />All physicans, including a wounded nurse, are US citizens.<br /><br />The gunmen killed himself after the attack.<br /><br />The hospital, which specialises in children's and maternal health, is run by Cure, a small US charity. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Caroline Malone reports.
