This is the scene seconds before a bomb explodes in Iraq.<br/> <br />It happened at a Shi'ite political rally in Baghdad ahead of elections April 30th.<br/> <br />Officials say at least 28 people are dead, more than 40 are wounded, though these numbers are expected to change.<br/> <br />Three bombs in total went off as people left a rally for the militant group Asaib Ahl Haq.<br/> <br />A roadside bomb blew up near the main gate, followed by a suicide car bomb a few minutes later.<br/> <br />A Twitter account associated with the Al Qaeda offshoot, called the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, rejoiced at the attack but did not claim responsibility for it.
