Hundreds of Muslims flee the capital Bangui in the Central African Republic as Christian crowds loot the houses they left behind.<br/> <br />It's a heart-wrenching decision for many, but one that needed to be made to stay alive.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (French) RESIDENT OF THE PK12 NEIGHBORHOOD, MOHAMED ALI MOHAMED, SAYING:<br/> <br />"With what the anti-balaka are doing, they've killed a lot of Muslims, we can't stay in Central African Republic, we will leave to save ourselves, to save our skin, we'll go to Sido, Bongoro, Kabo."<br/> <br />They're heading north where it's safer, near the Chadian border in a convoy of trucks under the protection of Rwandan forces.<br/> <br />For months now, they've been caught in the crossfire in Bangui, but this is now their first chance to get out.<br/> <br />About a year ago, Muslim Seleka rebels seized power, but that led to abuses on the majority Christian population that triggered revenge attacks.<br/> <br />Thousands have been killed in the inter-religious violence, and hundreds o
