The ingredients are: two pears, 250 milliliters of red wine, two spoons of sugar and two pieces of <br />butter. <br />Wash the pears and remove the centre of each pear. Take the pears into a backing form and pour <br />a spoon of sugar into the centre of each pear. Add a pinch of butter on top of the sugar into the <br />pear. Then pour the wine around the pears. Leave them 30 minutes in the oven. When the pears <br />are cooked the sugar is caramelized and it will turn into a kind of jelly with the pear juice. This <br />will give an appetizing color.
