<p>The Florida city of Pensacola witnessed its worst flooding in decades on April 30, with <a class="link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.pnj.com/news/" target="_blank">local reports</a> of streets turning into fast-flowing rivers. There were several reports of road closures and collapses in the area.
