The central train station in southern India has been cordoned off after two explosions ripped through a train.<br/> <br />A twenty-two year old woman was killed and nine injured in the attack in Chennai city.<br/> <br />Two carriages exploded as the Bangalore-Guwahati train arrived at the station.<br/> <br />There was chaos at the station as people carried the injured from the platform for treatment.<br/> <br />This is one of the busiest railway stations in southern India. Thousands of commuters use it every day to travel to neighbouring cities and states.<br/> <br />The blasts come as India nears the end of a massive election but it's not been confirmed that the two events are linked.
