A car bomb's being blamed for the explosion that ripped through a suburb of the Nigerian capital.<br/> <br />At least 15 people died in the blast.<br/> <br />Victoria James says her sister was among the victims.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE)(English) VICTORIA JAMES, SISTER OF VICTIM, SAYING:<br/> <br />"I saw her, she is already dead so I'm aware of that. Then I called the rest of my brothers. They says they take them to the hospital, national hospital, but I'm here for her."<br/> <br />The explosion happened in the Abuja satellite town of Nyanya.<br/> <br />There was no immediate claim of responsibility.<br/> <br />But the blast was close to the scene of a bombing at a bus station last month that killed at least 75 people.<br/> <br />That attack was claimed by the Boko Haram group which wants to carve out an Islamist enclave in Nigeria.<br/> <br />This latest bloodshed is an embarrassment for the government which announced a massive security operation ahead of May's World Economic Forum on Africa which Abuja is hosting.
