ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION.<br/> <br />OSCE observers who were released in eastern Ukraine earlier in the day arrived in Berlin on Saturday night, expressing relief and gratitude for support given to them.<br/> <br />The military inspectors from Germany, Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland and Sweden were received at Berlin's Tegel airport shortly after 9 p.m. (1900 GMT) by German Defence Minister Ursula von der Leyen and her counterparts from Czech Republic and Denmark.<br/> <br />The international monitors touched down at 8:58 p.m. (1858 GMT) on board a German air force plane which was sent to repatriate them from Kiev.<br/> <br />The military observers were seized last week by pro-Russian separatists in the eastern Ukrainian city of Slaviansk.<br/> <br />Their mission was under the auspices of the OSCE and the military verification officers led by German defence ministry staff were in Ukraine at Kiev's request.<br/> <br />Earlier, Slaviansk's pro-Russian separatist leader said he had released the observers, a
