Egypt has held a ceremony at Cairo International Airport to mark the return of three stolen, ancient artefacts, seized in Germany in 2009. <br /><br />Berlin has handed over the items, thought to date back as far as 2300 BC.<br /><br />The three objects – a miniature obelisk, part of a shrine and a family monument – were found by customs officers concealed under carpets in a truck, apparently being smuggled into Belgium to be sold.
