There has been more unrest in the east of Ukraine.<br /><br />In Donetsk pro-Russian protesters have seized another government building – this time dozens of them stormed the offices of the military prosecutor.<br /><br />The building appeared to have been empty of all staff and security.<br /><br />Meanwhile outside Ukrainian flags were set alight.<br /><br />The self-styled Donetsk People’s Republic plans to hold a referendum on autonomy by May 11.<br /><br />In Slovyansk gunshots were heard at a checkpoint as pro-Ukrainian forces continued trying to take back control of the city from rebels.<br /><br />Although the troops claim to have taken up positions on the outskirts of the town, armed pro-Russian militants are said to be holding their ground in the centre.<br /><br />While in Mariupol, video posted on a social media site purportedly shows a Ukrainian bank’s headquarters on fire.
