<p>On April 23rd, Palestinian arch-enemies Fatah and Hamas signed a surprise reconciliation agreement. It is not the first deal to be signed between the two factions and it remains to be seen whether the agreement will hold up. </p><br />Our guest is one of the negotiators of that deal. Munib al-Masri is a well-known Palestinian businessman and negotiator.
