Brazil's World Cup stadium has been beseiged with setbacks, delays and death.<br/> <br />Workers rush to complete the building of 12 stadiums before the tournament starts on June 12th.<br/> <br />An ambulance arrives at the scene, for the latest fatality.<br/> <br />Muhammad-ali Maciel Afonso was the eighth worker to die during building for the tournament.<br/> <br />He was installing communications equipment at the new Arena Pantanal in the western city of Cuiaba<br/> <br />With just weeks to go before the World Cup begins, this stadium is one of several yet to be finished.<br/> <br />Workers still need to install seats, set up wi-fi and cell coverage.<br/> <br />And now work has been temporarily halted, while police investigate the accident.
