Chef Ruchi Bharani makes easy to make homemade Methi Paratha which is very tasty yet quick to make. An Indian bread speciality which goes well with any raita or pickle! <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />1.5 cup Wheat Flour <br />1.5 tbsp red chilli powder <br />1/2 tbsp turmeric powder <br />1.5 tbsp coriander cumin seed powder <br />1/2 tsp asafoetida <br />Salt <br />2 tbsp oil <br />1.5 cup methi leaves (fenugreek leaves chopped) <br /> <br />Method: <br />Mix wheat flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander cumin seed powder, asafoetida, salt, oil, methi leaves, in a bowl and make dough. <br />- Add water and knead the dough well to a nice soft dough <br />- Let it rest for 10 - 15 mins <br />- Make round balls out of the dough and make triangle shaped paratha using rolling pin on a rolling board <br />- In a hot pan roast the paratha and cook both the sides for 30 secs <br />- Apply oil on both the sides of the paratha and cook it till it has brown spots on it <br />- The paratha is ready to be served hot <br /> <br /> <br />Director: Narayan Thakur / Neha Sarkar / Vaibhav Dhandha <br />Camera: Jay Nayak / Kawaldeep Singh Jangwal <br />Editing: Ravi Varma / Pratik Jain <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
