As many as 18 people have been killed after a retaining wall collapsed in Qingdao eastern China due to torrential rain.<br /><br />The wall of the recycling plant fell onto a workers house with 40 people inside.<br /><br />China’s eastern and southern areas have been battered by heavy rains over the past few days causing mudslides and flooding.
